Alcohol – all alcohol is to be provided by you and cooled 24 hrs prior to the event

Coolroom hire - must be booked by an independent company and delivered the day before or the day of the event (we do not provide this service and if not supplied or in a timely matter, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for serving your guests warm drinks)

$7 per 5kg bag of ice (or you can supply and have ready in the coolroom)

Tea and coffee priced at $3 per guest

Drinkware 50 - 100 Guests -$50

Drinkware 101 - 150 Guests -$80

Drinkware 151 - 200 Guests -$110

Missing or Broken Glasses - $2 each (deducted from the bond)

LUXE Acrylic Champagne flutes - $2.50 pp

Extra Distance from Perth Metro over 80kms - $1/km

Overnight stay fee $250 per night

Set up/Pack down fee $100 (1 hr prior to the start time of the event)

Additional staff for table service- $35pp/ph for total event booking

Event extension - $199 per hour and paid by CASH or EFTPOS at the event and subject to agreement of RSA staff and/or availability

Note* -50% Deposit to Secure Booking Date PLUS glass bond with

remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the event.

 

Cocktails/spirit mixing limited to one spirit with mixer.

e.g Dark and Stormy, G&T, Bourbon/Coke, Cosmopoliton, and only offered with the hire of Filly.

Cancellation Policy** - If more than 6months notice, 50% of the initial deposit is refundable.

PLEASE NOTE our floats must have a flat area to be parked and full access to manoeuver.

​

The floats will generally NOT fit through or under a garage or carport.

​

We are not able to come and do a site check so please understand that this is

your responsibility to check prior to booking.
